Responsibilities include packing and checking orders for delivery, shipping receiving, restocking clean inventory and assisting walk-in customers with loading and unloading. Good organizational skills and customer service skills is highly recommended.
At Pedersen’s we handle all of our laundry services in house. This position involves the processing and restocking all of our linen with the use of large commercial washers, dryers and irons. You will be responsible for inspection and quality control within this department. Good organizational and communication skills are required as this department works as a team.
To clean and process all dish and glassware items with the use of large commercial washers or by hand. You will be required to wash, dry and package rental items for restocking. This is a very fast paced position and requires good endurance.
This position involves making deliveries to private residences, businesses, and event sites throughout the city. Heavy lifting is part of this job. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as there is extensive customer contact with this position. Some installation and breakdown of equipment is required. An incident free drivers license is required.
Assist the Delivery Service Representative in completing his/her route in a timely fashion. Heavy lifting is a part of this job along with some minor paperwork duties in transit from location to location. Some installation and breakdown of equipment is required.
Assist in small to large scale events from planning to production. Recommend rental equipment and accessories to assist the client in meeting their event needs. You must be able to service customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner whether in person or on the phone. You must assist with reservations, contracts, questions, register transactions and order adjustments. Process cash and credit card payments when needed. You must be a team player and work well in a fast paced environment.
Responsible for assisting medium scale events, homeowner and small scale events. Recommend rental equipment and accessories to assist the client in meeting their event needs.

This job requires constant interaction with internal staff and the public. Constant gathering and identifying of essential information and finding ways to structure or classify multiple pieces of information.
You will use administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, filing and records management. You must be able to apply logical thinking to a wide range of problems, collect data, draw conclusions and offer constructive opinions concerning day to day activities.
