Delivery & Pickup FAQ

When is delivery made?

Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm. You can call on the day of delivery to inquire about the estimated drop-off time.

If a specific delivery/pickup time is required, additional charges will apply.

Must I be present to receive delivery?

If no one will be present to receive delivery, you must tell us and provide instructions for where to leave the equipment.

Drop-off & pick-up

Delivery rates are based on door-to-door service and assume there is easy access for wheeled carts. Please inform us when ordering if there are stairs, slopes, or any other impediments to access.

At drop-off, we will neatly stack items in a mutually convenient location.

At pick-up, all rentals should be neatly stacked, with tables & chairs properly dissembled, otherwise additional charges will apply.

Setup assistance

Set-up and/or take-down help is available for an extra charge. These services must be arranged prior to delivery or pick-up.

Caring for rentals

China, silver and glassware are packaged in special containers so it is sterilized, undamaged and ready for use.

Rinse used rentals and repack them in these containers.

Linens MUST be free of refuse and dry to prevent staining and mildew.
