A Look Inside Pedersen's Seattle

Established in 1949, Pedersen’s is still owned and operated by the original founding family. Back then, our company consisted of one location out of Vancouver before growing to have locations out of Seattle and Victoria – although Victoria now operates independently of Vancouver and Seattle.
Not only did our number of offices grow, so did our team. We value each and every one of our team members and take pride in the fact that many are long-term employees. In fact, Vancouver has employees that have been with the company for more than 25 years and Seattle still has original employees from when it opened more than 17 years ago!
When we decided to open a location in Seattle, our number one goal was to continue the exceptional service and product quality that we stood behind in Vancouver. Luckily, we had Julie Ralph and Rob O’Brien join the team. With Julie’s exceptional ability at building relationships (she is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet) and Rob’s attention to detail and value for exceptional quality, we raised the standard for event rental companies in the Seattle area and continue to do so today.
Why did we choose to open a location in Seattle?
Seattle is a fantastic city with a booming events industry. It was however, lacking rental companies. About 20 years ago, Pedersen’s became aware of the need due to the high demand for rentals. At one point a minimum of one truck of product was being sent down to the Seattle every week. Soon after, Pedersen’s Seattle was born.
Today, the location consists of a huge inventory of product spread over a 58,000 square foot warehouse. The following images will give you a look into what happens behind the scenes at Pedersen’s in our Seattle location.
There’s an entire room dedicated to the care and maintenance of our chairs! They are constantly being cleaned and retouched to ensure they’re in tip top shape.
The rectangles outlined on the floor represent the size of our trucks allowing our team to pre-pack your order to ensure it all fits.
Our team works in pairs to iron our linens and keep them looking crisp.
Our heavy duty yet environmentally friendly dishwashers allow us to efficiently clean the dishes for you!
Our team inspects ever single glass for spots ensuring they are sparkling.
