Director of Sales

Rhonda Pedersen has been working in the Pedersen’s Rentals family business since she was a child. By age 20 she was in the business full time, while also working as supervisor for a catering company. In 1995 she became Director of Sales, helping to make Pedersens one of Canada's premiere event rental companies.

Today Rhonda is responsible for strategic planning, sales & marketing, stylizing inventory and various other creative aspects of the business. Over the years she has created many stunning one-of-a-kind event designs.

Rhonda's hobbies include cooking, watching sports and being "Auntie Rhonda" to Madison & William.

Sales Associate

Darlene has over 30 years experience in the Hospitality Industry in roles ranging from Special Event Co-ordination, Director of Food and Beverage, running her own Catering business to General Manager of a full service hotel in Tsawwassen, B. C.

Through these varied experiences Darlene has gained invaluable insight into all aspects of the hospitality industry as well created a network of contacts within the hotel, catering and event planning industry in B. C.

Darlene brings a level of professionalism and confidence that can only be found in 30 years of experience and passion for the hospitality industry.  Darlene prides herself in repeat customers through her professional and yet personal approach to each event and any challenges the may come along as a result.

Darlene was born and raised in Vancouver — a rare, true Vancouverite. During her off hours she is often in the kitchen cooking for family and friends, out walking her “grand-dogs” Jack and Larry, or watching one of her 20 sports channels.

Wendy began her career at Pedersen’s in 1998 as a receptionist and never looked back. Her 11 year stint with Pedersen’s has enabled Wendy to grow with the business further advancing her expertise and customer service skills.

After 10 years in office operations, she is now part of the Sales and Event Planning team at Pedersen’s. Wendy is well known by all of our long standing clients and is always happy to assist with new events or revising your existing order.

Wendy moved to Vancouver from India in 1974 and now considers Burnaby her home. She is a mother of 4 and fortunate to have 2 grandchildren (with more on the way). When not working you'll often find Wendy enjoying herself at weddings, a popular Punjabi tradition!

Sales Associate

Crystal joined the sales team in fall 2008, after receiving her diploma the past winter in Hospitality Management from Vancouver Community College. Her earlier industry experiences included working as a Cook at a Guest Ranch in the Chilcotin Region, as well as with Silverbirch Hotels as a Night Auditor and Guest Services Agent.

After planning her own wedding she realized that the event aspect of hospitality was where she wanted to move her career. Crystal’s passion for great customer service and the hospitality industry translates effortlessly into the event rental business, as she enjoys helping people coordinate what they need to make their event a success.

When Crystal is not at work she can be found baking, traveling and spending time with her husband and cat.
