How many guests will be attending?
Is this a casual event for friends or a more formal gathering for work associates?
How much time and effort do I want to put into this party?
Will it be full bar or a limited cocktail menu?
Will the party be indoor or outdoor? If outdoor, what is your Plan B if the weather is poor?
What type of food will be served?
Will there be a party theme?
Should guests be asked to bring anything?
How much do I want to spend?
