Our showroom is available to you and your clients to meet and work through your event details. We would be happy to set aside space for you to create the perfect look using our large selection of linens, chair covers, and accessories. There's no charge, but this service is by appointment only.
We now have fabric swatches of all of our linens to mail to you or your client along with a card that indicates what size that particular fabric comes in.
Our experienced team of event representatives can offer assistance and suggestions when planning your event. As well, a member of the Pedersens team can be available on site during the delivery of your event. We will assist in checking all rental products and ensure that all rental items are left in the appropriate locations. As well, we will stay on site to troubleshoot through the installation.
This service is available for tables, chairs, and chair covers. A site plan is required. Our trained staff is quick and efficient.
If your venue dictates specific, after-hours, or late night delivery and pick-up times, we will do our best to work within your schedule.
