Out of Town Shipping

If your event is happening outside of the lower mainland and outside of Pedersens' normal delivery area, you will require a commercial carrier or courier to transport the rental items for your event. Please be aware of this when planning your event.

Before Your Event

Please provide the following details

• A valid account number for the courier of your choice. If you are unable to set up an account with your preferred courier, we can dispatch the shipment using one of our regular carriers. A service fee of 25% will be added to your order.
• An event date to ensure that items leave our warehouse with sufficient time to reach their final destination.
• A complete destination/shipping address including:
  • Street address - not a PO Box
  • Postal code
  • Destination phone number
  • Contact person at the delivery location

We will ship your items so they arrive in time for your event:

• Whistler orders ship 2 business days before the event
• Victoria orders ship 2 business days before the event
• Calgary orders ship 3 business days before the event
• Banff/Lake Louise orders ship 4 business days before the event

These are guidelines only. Shipments to Alberta during the winter must be made using FedEx overnight service by air to ensure delivery.

After Your Event

• Shake out linens to remove all garbage and remaining table décor
• Fold and return all linens to the shipping containers or laundry bags provided with your order
• NOTE: Allow wet linens to dry completely before packaging, otherwise the linen may be damaged by mold.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure all items ordered are returned to Pedersens:
  • By the date specified on the contract
  • In the original shipping containers
  • Clearly marked and labeled
  • Undamaged

Shipments returning to Pedersens must be PREPAID. Collect shipments will NOT be accepted.
