These fabulous commercial convection ovens are a great additional to your off premise kitchen at your next large event. These portable ovens require a special electrical outlet but are user friendly. Please ask for the electrical requirements. With five shelves these units can hold up to 5 full size sheet pans 18x26" or 10 full size insert pans.

Must be 3" away from any wall to allow proper air flow
Not available for customer pick up and cannot be delivered to venues without a proper level floor. The unit weighs 700lbs and cannot be lifted.

  1. Connect the oven to an electric source (208VAC SINGLE PHASE- 60 Hz 51 Amps MAX INPUT 11KW)
  2. Make sure the COOL DOWN switch (RED) is in the "AUTO" position
  3. Turn the Blower Switch (BLUE) to the “ON”position.
  4. Turn the Temperature Dial to the disired temperature and the light above the temperature dial will go on. When the oven reaches the desired temperature. the light will shut off and the oven is ready for use
  5. To turn off please turn temperature dial to “0” and unplug the unit from the wall
To turn OFF the Oven
  1. Turn the temperature dial to "0" and carefully unplug the unit from the outlet
