Counter Top Convection Oven
This versatile unit has unique airflow design for quick recovery to make your baking and heating a fast process. Ideal for cocktail receptions that require quantities of items produced in a rapid manner. This unit has 3 shelves and allows you to bake up to three 13 x 18" pans or two 1/2 size inserts at the same time.

- Plug convection oven directly into a wall outlet. Do not use a light weight extension cord.
- Position the oven on the counter with at least 2” air space on all sides.
- There are 3 shelves. Position them with as much space between them as possible so that there is lots of room for the air flow.
- Set the temperature dial at the desired temperature.
- Continuous On- The timer/On Knob can be set on continuous “On” by turning the knob counter clockwise to the “On” position. The oven will remain on until it is turned to “Off” position.
- Timer- Turn Knob to the selected cooking time up to 120 minutes. Oven will automatically turn off at completion time.
- Light beside temperature knob indicates when elements are heating up. Light goes out when temperature is attained.
- When finished use, turn temperature dial to “0”, timer to off and unplug the oven from the wall. Allow oven to cool before returning it to it’s box.
