This versatile unit has unique airflow design for quick recovery to make your baking and heating a fast process. Ideal for cocktail receptions that require quantities of items produced in a rapid manner. This unit has 3 shelves and allows you to bake up to three 13 x 18" pans or two 1/2 size inserts at the same time.

  1. Plug convection oven directly into a wall outlet.  Do not use a light weight extension cord.
  2. Position the oven on the counter with at least 2” air space on all sides.
  3. There are 3 shelves.  Position them with as much space between them as possible so that there is lots of room for the air flow.
  4. Set the temperature dial at the desired temperature.
  5. Continuous On- The timer/On Knob can be set on continuous “On” by turning the knob counter clockwise to the “On” position.  The oven will remain on until it is turned to “Off” position.
  6. Timer- Turn Knob to the selected cooking time up to 120 minutes.  Oven will automatically turn off at completion time.
  7. Light beside temperature knob indicates when elements are heating up.  Light goes out when temperature is attained.
  8. When finished use, turn temperature dial to “0”, timer to off and unplug the oven from the wall. Allow oven to cool before returning it to it’s box.
